We are working with a prestigious heritage and visitor destination that welcomes thousands of guests each year across its historic estate, attractions, events, gardens and leisure facilities. Due to an ongoing team restructure and increased seasonal demand, our client is seeking an experienced Visitor Experience Manager to join the business on a six-month fixed-term contract. This is a hands-on opportunity to make an immediate impact within a high-profile visitor attraction where no two days are the same.
The Visitor Experience Manager will provide operational leadership across the visitor experience function, ensuring exceptional service standards while supporting a busy site through a period of change. You'll become a visible presence across the estate, working closely with operational teams to deliver a safe, engaging and memorable experience for every visitor.
