Balmoral Comtec a division of Freudenberg Flow Technologies provides surface and subsurface buoyancy insulation and elastomer products and services to the global energy defence subsea communications and oceanographic industries.
We are recruiting for a twelve month fixed-termAdministrator Assistantwithin Document Control in the Engineering Department in Aberdeen.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITY AND FUNCTION
The successful candidate will be providing administrative and organisational support to ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of a business or department. They will assist with coordinating office activities maintaining records and supporting management and teams with a variety of administrative tasks. This will be a 12-month fixed term position to provide maternity leave cover.
The base location is Balmoral Park Aberdeen. There may be a requirement from time to time to work at other locations including Customer sites.
MAIN DUTIES
A condition of employment requires that the incumbent learn abide by and sponsor the Guiding Principles of the Freudenberg Group and the Core Values of Freudenberg Flow addition all associates are responsible for maintaining adherence to company policies safety/ergonomic standards and good housekeeping practices. This includes understanding and implementing health safety and environmental policies and integrating these considerations into daily work activities.
