Director of Property
Location: National (UK) | Birmingham
Forget standard facilities management. This is a transformation and rationalisation opportunity for a commercially astute property leader who thrives on driving large-scale change.
We are partnering with a highly respected, values-led organisation to appoint a Director of Property capable of reshaping a complex national estate strategy from the ground up.
The current operating model is no longer fit for purpose. This organisation needs an exceptional leader who will challenge the status quo, conduct a comprehensive review of the estate, and deliver a bold, commercially focused transformation programme.
This is far from a traditional corporate office portfolio. You will take responsibility for approximately 800 locations across the UK, managing a highly diverse and operationally complex estate, including:
Success in this role requires experience leading large, multi-site property portfolios where operational continuity and commercial performance are equally critical.
