4way Recruitment has partnered directly, with an accredited provider to secure a permanent Branch Manager for their team.

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will take full responsibility for the overall performance of the Romford branch, ensuring the successful delivery of Fire & Security service and repair operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced industry professional to lead a team of engineers and office staff while driving operational efficiency, maintaining compliance and delivering exceptional customer service.

As a Branch Manager, you will receive:

• Basic salary of £55,000 - £60,000

Key Responsibilities – Branch Manager

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Romford branch
• Lead, motivate and develop engineers and office-based staff
• Ensure the successful delivery of Fire & Security service and repair works
• Drive branch performance, operational efficiency and business growth
• Maintain compliance with NSI, BAFE and relevant British Standards
• Produce and review Method Statements and Risk Assessments in line with CDM Regulations
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Ensure operational documentation is completed accurately and on time
• Promote company policies, best practice and continuous improvement

Skills and Experience – Branch Manager

To be successfully shortlisted for this role by 4way Recruitment, you should possess:

• Previous management or senior supervisory experience within the Fire & Security industry
• Strong technical knowledge of conventional and addressable fire alarm systems
• Experience with CCTV, intruder alarms, access control and door entry systems
• Experience working for an NSI and/or BAFE accredited company
• Working knowledge of British Standards and BAFE requirements
• Experience producing Method Statements and Risk Assessments in line with CDM Regulations
• Excellent communication, organisational and customer service skills
• Competent with Microsoft Office applications
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to pass BS7858 vetting and Enhanced DBS checks

Desirable:

• BS5839 and BS5266/FIA qualifications
• Knowledge of PD6662 and NSI standards
• ECS or CSCS Card
• Experience driving operational improvements and business growth
