Brighton Aldridge Community Academy is seeking a dedicated Safeguarding Officer and Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead to join our Inclusion team in Brighton. The role is permanent and full‑time, focusing on protecting and supporting students and coordinating safeguarding interventions with staff and external agencies.
You will also serve as the Lead First Aider, maintaining medical records and coordinating first-aid training, ensuring compassionate care for students throughout the school day.
