Senior Transformation Manager

We're working with a fast-growing HealthTech organisation that is transforming how NHS organisations deliver care through innovative digital solutions. They're looking for a Senior Transformation Manager to join their growing Transformation team.
This is an opportunity to work at the forefront of digital transformation within the NHS, leading complex implementation programmes that improve patient experience and operational efficiency. If you enjoy working closely with clients, leading teams and seeing the real-world impact of your work, this could be an excellent next step.
The Role
You'll lead end-to-end transformation programmes, partnering with NHS Trusts to successfully implement technology and operational change. Acting as a trusted advisor, you'll work with senior stakeholders, lead delivery teams and ensure programmes deliver measurable benefits.
Alongside successful delivery, you'll build strong client relationships, identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and contribute to the continued growth of the business.
