TP Tutors is looking for a dedicated Functional Skills Tutor to provide 1:1 tuition to Primary and Secondary-aged learners across DL2 1AX, Darlington. This is a rewarding opportunity to help learners build confidence and develop their English and Maths skills.
Deliver engaging 1:1 Functional Skills tuition.
Plan lessons tailored to each child's individual learning needs.
Support learners in English and/or Maths.
Adapt teaching for different learning styles, including pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Monitor progress and provide regular feedback.
✔ Minimum 1 year's teaching or tutoring experience in the UK.
✔ Experience with Primary and Secondary-aged learners.
✔ SEN experience.
✔ Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
✔ Right to work in the UK.
Flexible part-time work during weekdays between school hours.
Competitive hourly pay.
Weekly pay every Friday via PAYE.
Ongoing support from a dedicated TP Tutors consultant.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
