Job description
Radiographer
New Hall Hospital, Salisbury
Part-time, 26.5 hours

The role
At Ramsay Health Care UK, we know our people are our most important asset. Join us as a Radiographer where you’ll be valued for your skills and expertise, as well as having the chance to build on them through our Ramsay Academy. We will give you access to the latest state-of-the-art equipment and technology too.

You will be part of a close-knit, innovative Imaging team delivering an exceptional diagnostic imaging service. At the heart of patient care, you’ll build relationships with all the hospital’s key departments, and our consultants across many specialisms. Whilst providing exceptional clinical care, you’ll also track, process and manage images in RIS and PACS, perform audits and assist in booking in patients. But at its heart, this role is about playing a key role in the diagnosis, treatment, and care of your patients.

Where you’ll be based
New Hall Hospital is one of Wiltshire's leading private hospitals with an excellent reputation for delivering high quality healthcare treatments and services. Situated in 14 acres of quiet, landscaped parkland two miles south of Salisbury, the Georgian Manor House was opened as a hospital in 1980 and currently has 35 en-suite patient rooms.

What you’ll bring with you
  • Diploma or degree in diagnostic Radiography
  • HCPC registration and evidence of post registration development
  • Sound written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
  • Passion to deliver high quality diagnostic services
  • Ability to participate in on call rota and work evening/weekends as required

Why join us?
At Ramsay Health Care UK, our people are at the heart of our success. Our benefits are designed to support your wellbeing, work-life balance and career development, because we’re people caring for people:

Health, Wellbeing & Financial Security
  • Private Medical Cover, with the option to add your partner and dependants

  • Private Pension, with Ramsay matching up to 5% after a qualifying period
  • Employee Assistance Programme

Work–Life Balance
  • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, with the option to buy or sell additional days
  • Flexible shift patterns, where possible
  • Family friendly policies including enhanced parental leave
  • Volunteer leave to support causes that matter to you

Career Development & Recognition
  • Training and Development via the Ramsay Academy to support your career development
  • Colleague recognition programme to celebrate our people
