The Role

As Infrastructure Account Director, you will have overall responsibility for the performance and growth of a major infrastructure framework, leading a significant portfolio of capital projects across infrastructure, engineering and buildings.

You'll work closely with senior clients and internal leadership teams to ensure successful delivery while identifying opportunities for future growth.

About You

We're looking for an inspiring operational leader with experience delivering major infrastructure, engineering or construction programmes.

You'll bring:

• Extensive leadership experience within major infrastructure, construction or engineering environments.
• Experience managing large operational businesses with commercial and financial accountability.
• Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working within long-term frameworks or programme environments.
• A collaborative leadership style with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking.
• Confidence operating in complex, highly regulated environments.
