We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our growing Chequers division, which deliver high-quality cleaning and grounds maintenance services to local authorities and housing associations across the UK.
Partnering with operational leaders and key stakeholders, you will deliver expert HR guidance across employee relations, organisational change, performance, engagement, and workforce planning, helping to drive business performance and manage people-related risk in a fast-paced, commercial environment.
