Lead Flexographic Printer

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 DOE

We're recruiting on behalf of a long-established manufacturer who are looking to add an experienced Lead Flexographic Printer to their production team.

\nThe Role
\nYou'll be responsible for operating and maintaining a wide web flexographic printing press, ensuring production runs efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards.
\nIn addition to running the press, you'll act as the day-to-day lead within the print department . You'll be the main point of contact for the print team, helping to coordinate workloads, communicate production priorities and ensure the department runs as efficiently as possible.
\nWorking within a small, close-knit team, you'll be expected to lead by example, support colleagues and be happy to get involved wherever required.
\nWorking Hours
\nThe company operates an annualised hours system, meaning your hours will vary throughout the year depending on production demands. During busier periods you'll work additional hours, while quieter periods will see reduced hours – all while receiving the same monthly salary. Overtime is also available.
