Job description
Are you a passionate and dedicated Functional Skills Teacher who believes education can change lives? We are looking for an engaging and enthusiastic Functional Skills Teacher to join our supportive and learner-focused team. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference by delivering high-quality Maths and English Functional Skills from Entry Level through to Level 2, helping learners develop not only essential academic skills but also the confidence and resilience needed to succeed beyond the classroom. You'll work with learners from a variety of backgrounds, many of whom may have faced challenges in education. Through creativity, encouragement, and high-quality teaching, you will create an environment where every learner feels valued, supported, and motivated to achieve their full potential. The Role As a Functional Skills Teacher, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons that inspire learners and promote outstanding progress. You will tailor your teaching to meet individual learning needs, using a range of teaching strategies to ensure every learner has the opportunity to succeed.
