\n\n\nRoles and responsibilities:
\nMaintenance Duties
\nPerform planned and reactive maintenance on processing assets, mechanical systems, and site infrastructure.
\nUse the centralised maintenance management system effectively.
\nCoordinate sub-contractor activities.
\nProvide maintenance and operational support as needed.
\nMonitor, record, and report on asset and infrastructure performance.
\nAssist with project-related activities.
\nMaintain and organise the engineering workshop and related areas.
\nHealth, Safety, and Environmental Compliance
\nFollow company safety, health, environmental, and quality policies and procedures.
\nKeep work areas clean and organized.
\nAdministrative Support
\nCommunicate effectively through handovers and shift logbooks.
\nAdminister safe systems of work (PTW & LOTO procedures).
\nUse company business systems (CODA, SharePoint, EPRAIS, etc.) efficiently.
\nAttend scheduled business meetings and safety briefings.
\nRequired Skills / Qualifications Required:
\nRecognised apprenticeship in relevant discipline (Mechanical Engineering) to ONC/HNC Level
\nAbility to effectively manage work schedules in a timely manner
\nProvide evidence of working to deadlines and under pressure
\nEvidence of working in an organised manner
\nEvidence of using effective problem-solving techniques
\nEffective communicator at all levels both written and verbally.
\nDetailed knowledge of preventative, predictive and lifecycle maintenance activities.
\nDesirable Skills
\nKnowledge of the Waste processing industry
\nDetailed knowledge of waste processing plant, machinery and associated systems or FMCG Chemical and industrial industries.
\nKnowledge of working with CMMS software applications
\nKnowledge of Siemens systems
