\n Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a Senior Building Surveyor to join a well-established Local Authority within their Corporate Landlord team, managing a diverse portfolio of education buildings across the borough.\n
\n
\n This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Building Surveyor looking to take ownership of planned maintenance, refurbishment and capital improvement projects across schools and educational facilities.\n
\n
\n The Role As Senior Building Surveyor, you'll be responsible for delivering building surveying services across the council's education estate, ensuring buildings remain safe, compliant and well maintained.\n
\n
\n You'll manage refurbishment and maintenance projects from inception through to completion, undertake condition surveys, oversee contractors, manage budgets and ensure compliance with current legislation including CDM Regulations.\n
\n
\n You'll also work closely with schools, consultants and internal stakeholders, providing professional advice on building maintenance, repairs and future investment programmes.\n

Experience within Local Government, Education, NHS or Housing would be highly desirable.\n
