At Elis, were looking for a Regional HR Advisor to join the HR Team, partnering with managers across the North Region to deliver expert HR support, drive best practice and help create high-performing teams. Working closely with the Regional HR Business Partner, youll be a trusted advisor to managers, providing practical guidance on employee relations matters, supporting people initiatives, and ensuring HR policies and procedures are applied consistently across multiple sites. Responsibilities * Advising and coaching managers on employee relations matters including absence, performance, disciplinary and grievance cases * Supporting formal HR processes and ensuring best practice and compliance * Monitoring people metrics and identifying trends, risks and opportunities * Delivering HR health checks and supporting continuous improvement initiatives * Supporting employee engagement activities and people-focused projects * Coordinating and delivering HR and people management training * Supporting recruitment and talent initiatives across the region Qualifications * Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice * Experience managing employee relations cases in an operational and/or multi-site environment * Confidence in coaching and influencing managers at all levels * Strong organisational and communication skills * Proactive approach with a continuous improvement mindset * Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region Benefits * 33 days holiday * Company pension * Private medical insurance * Employee Assistance Programme * On-site parking * A supportive and collaborative HR team * A varied role with exposure to a broad range of HR activities If youre passionate about people, enjoy building strong stakeholder relationships and are looking for your next HR challenge, wed love to hear from you.
