Job description
No two days are the same. If that excites you, keep reading. We’re looking for a sharp, fast, endlessly organised Personal Assistant to our CEO to start immediately on a temporary contract covering maternity leave (to approximately 13 February 2027, flexible on the exact date). No two days look the same — diary management one minute, chasing a contractor or booking a first aid course the next. Accuracy, efficiency, and the ability to thrive under pace aren’t nice-to-haves here. They’re the whole job. What you’ll be doing * Running the CEO’s diary, correspondence, expenses and travel arrangements * Supporting board meetings, AGMs and member events — minute-taking, action-chasing, follow-through * Acting as the go-to for Health & Safety administration on behalf of the HR Manager — maintaining PPM records, liaising with contractors and our H&S consultant, and arranging first aid courses * Handling a broad range of member-related actions — dividend cards, share ledger records, membership applications and enquiries * Juggling a genuinely varied workload without dropping a single ball What’s in it for you * Free on-site parking — no daily hunt for a space, no parking costs eating into your pay * 30 days holiday (pro rata), paid — genuinely generous time off for a part-time role * Easy to reach from Bath and the surrounding area — Radstock sits just outside the city, with a straightforward commute and free parking waiting at the other end What you’ll bring * Proven, strong administrative experience — you can prioritise a packed to-do list without blinking * Speed and precision in equal measure; you don’t sacrifice one for the other * Confidence handling confidential information with total discretion * A proactive, can-do attitude — you spot what needs doing before you’re asked To apply simply download an application form from our website or send your C.V. to: jobs@radstock.coop alternatively hand your application to your store manager quoting the relevant job reference number.
