This means being there for the highest highs and lowest lows. As a Deputy Manager, you'll help create a home environment where both staff and young people feel safe, secure and supported. There will be challenges along the way, but there will also be the smallest moments that feel like huge victories. Our client's homes support young people with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs, with the aim of achieving the very best outcomes. Their holistic approach ensures every aspect of a young person's development is supported, with multidisciplinary teams including Psychologists, Occupational Therapists and other clinical professionals working together to deliver positive outcomes. Get out what you put in By supporting the day-to-day management of the home, leading the staff team and ensuring the home consistently operates to high standards, you'll help young people regain their childhood and create pathways towards becoming well-rounded adults. We're looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years' experience in residential childcare , including experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
