We’re on the lookout for a Senior Sous Chef to join our team at Farncombe Estate!
Perched on our beautiful hillside estate above Broadway, The Fish Hotel is a relaxed countryside retreat where outstanding food and warm hospitality go hand in hand. Home to our 2 AA Rosette restaurant Hook, with its focus on bold, seasonal dishes and locally sourced ingredients, this is a kitchen where creativity, teamwork and quality are at the heart of everything we do.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced chef to step into a key leadership role, supporting the Head Chef, developing a talented brigade, and helping to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
About you:
You’ll work as part of a close-knit, supportive brigade in a fast-paced, high-quality kitchen environment, with the opportunity to contribute to menu development, lead service with confidence, and play a key role in shaping the team’s success.
With three award-winning hotels across the estate, there are great opportunities to develop your career and broaden your experience.
Due to our rural location (WR12 7LJ), you’ll need your own transport.
