Whether you're stocking shelves, helping customers, or keeping the store spotless and looking its best — you'll be right at the heart of what makes STORRD... well, STORRD. 🛍️ What You'll Do Greet and assist customers with a warm, friendly attitude Keep shelves stocked, tidy, faced up, and well-presented Rotate stock and check use-by/best-before dates to reduce waste Operate checkouts efficiently and accurately, handling card payments Receive, check, and process deliveries behind the scenes Maintain high standards of cleanliness — cleaning shelves, floors, counters, and customer areas throughout the shift Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures at all times Help with pricing, labelling, and merchandising displays Report low stock, damaged goods, or maintenance issues to the manager Support with stock takes and inventory checks Work as part of a team to keep things running smoothly Bring positive energy to every shift — especially on weekends and evenings 🙌 What You'll Bring A can-do attitude and a smile that makes someone's day Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic Willingness to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in — no task too big or small A team player who supports colleagues and pitches in wherever needed Good attention to detail, especially around cleanliness and store standards Honesty, trustworthiness, and a respectful attitude towards customers and colleagues Ability to stay calm and helpful during busy periods Previous retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is essential Flexibility to work late evenings and weekends 🎁 What You'll Get in Return £14 per hour — because your time and effort matter 5.6 weeks paid holiday (pro rata) Sick pay — we take care of our team A friendly, supportive work environment Opportunities to grow with us as we expand Real teamwork and recognition for a job well done 🌟 Why Work at STORRD?
