We are looking for a passionate Fully Qualified Teacher to join a supportive and forward-thinking team, helping students from Key Stage 2 and Key Stage 3 reach their full potential.

You’ll deliver personalized, engaging lessons within a stage-based curriculum, supporting young people with additional needs to build confidence, independence, and life skills.

• Employment Type: Temp to Perm, Long-term/Short-term roles available
• Work Location: On-site (School-based)

The Role

• Deliver creative and differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs
• Support students with SEN, SEMH, and behavioural challenges
• Create a safe, structured, and engaging classroom environment
• Encourage emotional wellbeing, independence, and personal growth
• Work collaboratively with SENCOs, support staff, and pastoral teams
• Inspire students to achieve academically and socially

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience or strong interest in SEN, SEMH, or Alternative Provision
• Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills
• A patient, resilient, and compassionate approach to teaching
• Ability to adapt learning to meet individual student needs
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
