We're looking for a UK Company Representative to assist with ongoing corporate compliance. This is not an operational position and does not involve the day-to-day running of the business.
The role requires approximately 1–2 hours during the first month for the initial setup. Following this, responsibilities are minimal and may only require a few minutes of your time on an occasional basis.
Support company compliance requirements.
Sign banking and corporate documents remotely when requested.
Be available for occasional administrative matters.
£25 per month
Remote and flexible position.
Minimal workload.
Long-term appointment.
No daily operational responsibilities.
Permanent UK resident.
Good communication skills.
Comfortable with light administrative duties.
