The business specialises in technically complex refurbishment and façade remediation schemes and main contractor projects across commercial, residential, healthcare and education projects, delivering high-quality projects for a diverse client base. With a strong pipeline of secured work, particularly within cladding and façade packages, the company is continuing to expand its commercial team to support multiple live projects in the region.
Your new roleAs a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take responsibility for the commercial management of multiple live projects, typically ranging from £1m - £3m façade remediation schemes. Working closely with the wider commercial and operational teams, you will ensure projects are delivered profitably while maintaining strong client and supply chain relationships.
