They are now looking for a talented Senior 3D Designer to join the team and help drive creative excellence across their expanding portfolio.

The Role

Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a Senior 3D Designer to lead the creative development of high-profile events and experiential brand activations. This role will focus on translating brand identities into engaging, functional and visually striking environments that resonate with audiences and deliver against client objectives.

This is a highly creative position requiring a combination of conceptual thinking, technical expertise and strong spatial design skills, including:

• Designing exceptional brand activations and experiential environments from concept through to delivery
• Producing concept sketches, 3D models, mood boards, visualisations and photorealistic renders
• Creating detailed, to-scale technical drawings including plans, elevations and production documentation
• Presenting creative concepts confidently to internal teams and client stakeholders
• Attending onsite delivery to oversee build quality and ensure creative integrity is maintained
• Embedding sustainable design principles through material selection, modularity and responsible production methods
• Supporting new business pitches and proposal development with compelling creative concepts
• Ensuring all creative solutions remain commercially viable and aligned with value engineering requirements

The Candidate

Candidates should ideally have experience within experiential, exhibition or event design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating creative excellence across branded environments, experiential activations and 3D spatial design.

You will be a confident designer with the ability to develop concepts from initial brief through to delivery, balancing creativity with technical accuracy and commercial awareness. Strong visual communication skills, presentation confidence and experience producing high-quality renders and technical drawing packages are essential.
