The Candidate Key Responsibilities Training Coordination * Take ownership of the company’s training programme, ensuring training is planned, coordinated and delivered efficiently. * Coordinate internal and external construction training courses, including Health & Safety, CSCS, NPORS, NVQs and other mandatory training. * Liaise with employees, managers and external training providers to organise bookings and schedules. * Ensure training aligns with business and operational requirements. * Act as the primary point of contact for all training‑related queries across the business. Training Administration & Compliance * Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records, schedules, and databases for site operatives and staff. * Monitor training attendance, engagement, and feedback to evaluate programme success and drive improvements. * Monitor qualification expiry dates and proactively coordinate refresher training. * Manage the end-to-end administration of CITB grant applications, submissions, reconciliations and claims. * Ensure all supporting documentation is completed accurately and submitted within required timescales. * Maintain strong working relationships with the CITB and external training providers. * Keep up to date with CITB funding changes and industry developments. * Review training processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency. * Analyse training data to identify trends, compliance gaps and future training requirements. * Support the ongoing development of the company’s learning and development activities. * Recommend improvements to systems and processes where appropriate. About You We’re looking for someone who is: * Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail. * Able to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment. * Confident communicating with employees at all levels. * Proactive, self‑motivated and comfortable working independently. * A strong problem solver with excellent administrative skills.
