We're seeking a Business Compliance Representative to assist with maintaining corporate compliance for a UK business. This is a remote, part-time role with minimal involvement and no operational responsibilities.
The initial appointment will require around 1–2 hours to complete the onboarding process. Once established, the role becomes largely passive, with only occasional requests for assistance.
Support compliance-related administrative activities.
Sign documents required for banking and company administration.
Be available for occasional communication when required.
