\nMy client, a fast-growing specialist education group, is looking for a Schools Compliance Officer to lead and implement a robust compliance project across multiple sites across the South of England.
\nReporting to the Group Head of People and working with individual schools, this is a hands-on role, where you will audit, advise and improve compliance practices across the group. You will work closely with leaders and administration teams to ensure records are accurate, processes are robust, and everything compliance related is watertight including the Single Central Register.
\nCore Duties:
\nWe are looking for someone with strong attention to detail, confidence interpreting guidance, and the ability to influence and support stakeholders at all levels. Experience in the education sector combined is essential.
