At YourRecruit, we believe great recruitment comes down to real relationships. We are a specialist recruitment agency based in Surrey, working with employers and candidates across London and the South East and beyond. For more than 30 years we have helped good people find the right roles, and good employers find the right people.
We recruit across three core areas:
Office and Administration. From Administrators and Coordinators through to Office Managers, Accounting and Finance, Customer Services and Senior Support staff and more, we place capable, reliable people who keep businesses running smoothly.
IT and Technology. We connect employers with skilled technology professionals, matching the right expertise to the right team.
Children's Residential care. This is a specialism close to our hearts. We recruit across the full structure of a children's home, from Support Workers and Senior Support Workers through to Deputy Managers, Registered Managers and Responsible Individuals. We understand the sector, the regulations and the responsibility that comes with caring for young people, so every placement is made with genuine care and a strong focus on safer recruitment.
What sets us apart is the way we work. We take the time to understand both our clients and our candidates, rather than chasing volume. That means honest advice, careful matching and a service built on trust. Whether you are an employer looking for the right person, or a candidate looking for your next move, you will always deal with people who listen.
If you would like to work with a team that treats recruitment as a relationship and not a transaction, we would love to hear from you. You can call us on 01883 330336 or WhatsAPP 07767 537238 or just drop us an email. Either way we would love to speak to you and are always up for a chat, or to give clear and straightforward advice. We have really excellent knowledge of the market and love to share what we know.
