Job description
Draughtsman - Roofing, Cladding & Façades Durham (Office Based - 5 Days Per Week) £45,000 - £55,000 + Christmas Bonus + 25 Days Holiday + Early Finish Fridays + Company Pension Are you a Draughtsman with AutoCAD experience looking to work on a diverse range of roofing, cladding and façade projects? Are you looking to join a well-established specialist contractor where you can develop your 3D design skills, work on technically interesting projects, and be part of a business with excellent staff retention? This is an exciting opportunity to join a specialist roofing, rainscreen and façade contractor delivering projects ranging from industrial buildings through to high-rise residential developments. With a strong reputation for quality and long-standing relationships with repeat clients, the company offers a stable and supportive environment with excellent staff retention. You will be responsible for producing detailed AutoCAD drawings, preparing material schedules, attending occasional site visits and working closely with project teams to ensure designs are delivered accurately and efficiently.
