Gardener – West & South-West London – £36,500 + Company Vehicle + Benefits \n

The Job:\n
\nWe are recruiting for an experienced Gardener to join a leading garden maintenance team working across some of London's most prestigious private gardens, courtyards and roof terraces. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong plant knowledge, excellent attention to detail and a passion for maintaining exceptional gardens. Working across a portfolio of high end private properties, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding horticultural standards while working as part of a professional and supportive team.\n

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain high quality private gardens, courtyards and roof terraces to exceptional standards\n
\n- Carry out seasonal horticultural tasks including planting, pruning, training, weeding and general plant care\n
\n- Monitor plant health, identify pests and diseases and implement appropriate treatments\n
\n- Operate horticultural machinery, tools and equipment safely and effectively\n
\n- Assist with seasonal planting schemes and ongoing garden improvements\n
\n- Build positive relationships with clients through professional and reliable service\n
\n

The Candidate: \n
\n- Minimum three years' experience maintaining high end private gardens\n
\n- Strong plant knowledge with a good understanding of seasonal horticultural practices\n
\n- Experience identifying plant health issues and carrying out appropriate treatments\n
\n- Excellent attention to detail with pride in maintaining gardens to the highest standards\n
\n- Professional, reliable and able to work independently as well as part of a team\n
\n- Full UK driving licence and comfortable travelling across London\n
\n

Candidate Requirements\n
\n All applicants must hold a minimum of an NVQ Level 2, Scottish NVQ Level 2, or an equivalent qualification relevant to the role applied for. Candidates must also have the legal right to work in the UK or hold a valid visa permitting employment.\n
