THE ROLE This is a 360° recruitment role where you’ll build your own client base and candidate network. You are essentially running your own business within ours. Your day-to-day will include: * Winning new business and building long-term client partnerships * Headhunting top talent through cold calls, networking, and LinkedIn outreach * Pitching opportunities to senior professionals and negotiating high-value deals * Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from first call to final placement * Closing deals and generating revenue (and commission) * Building a specialist market where you become the go-to expert The better you perform, the more you earn.
