Associate Mechanical Engineer Building Services - Winchester Salary: Competitive + Benefits The Company An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Associate Mechanical Engineer to join the Winchester office of a well-established, employee-focused multidisciplinary consultancy with an outstanding reputation for delivering innovative engineering and design solutions across the UK. The business provides integrated consultancy services across the built environment, delivering projects from concept through to completion. Their Building Services division works on a diverse portfolio of developments across sectors including defence, healthcare, education, residential, commercial and public sector, providing sustainable and technically robust Mechanical and Electrical design solutions. With continued growth across the business, they are looking to appoint an experienced Associate Mechanical Engineer to help lead the Mechanical Building Services team, manage key client relationships and drive the successful delivery of complex engineering projects. The Role As an Associate Mechanical Engineer, you will play a key leadership role within the Winchester MEP team, managing projects from initial concept through to completion while leading and mentoring a team of engineers and technicians.
