A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced Duty Manager to join a luxury country house hotel in the Derbyshire countryside. This position offers plenty of variety and the chance to play a key role in the day-to-day running of a well-established, guest-focused hotel.
Working alongside the Deputy General Manager and General Manager, you'll support all areas of the hotel operation, ensuring guests receive exceptional service from arrival through to departure. From assisting during breakfast service and supporting the restaurant team to overseeing check-ins and check-outs and handling guest enquiries, you'll be at the heart of the hotel's daily operations.
