Job description
Overview Territory Manager on behalf of Carlsberg Britvic Location: Banbury & surrounding areas - Ideal postcode OX16 Salary up to £28k, 10% performance bonus, Company car & fuel card provided Permanent, Full time Carlsberg Britvic is the largest multi-beverage supplier in the UK and is home to some of the most iconic and popular beers & soft drinks. You’ll work with leading brands such as Carlsberg Danish Pilsner, Poretti, Robinsons and products from the Pepsi portfolio. You’ll play a key role in developing relationships with retailers, growing Carlsberg Britvic market share within your defined territory, driving sales of their fantastic portfolio of beers, ciders and soft drinks by maximising brand availability and visibility in grocery stores. About You * May have experience in a field sales or related role * Excellent communicator with a professional and positive approach * Ability to work independently or as part of a team * Comfortable learning new digital tools * Well organised, good planner with commercial acumen Other perks of the job * Flexible (SMART) working * Continuous coaching, learning & development * Employee Assistance Programme * Progressive family working policies * 23 days paid holiday + public holidays * Annual leave purchase scheme Please note this role requires a full UK driving licence (with no more than 6 pts or previous bans).
