EYFS SEND Teaching Assistant – SEN Unit (Mainstream Primary School)

Full-Time | September Start | Working Hours: 8:30am – 3:00pm

We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our specialist SEN Unit within a welcoming mainstream primary school from September.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with young children with a range of additional needs, supporting their development in a nurturing and inclusive environment alongside an experienced and supportive team.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Recent experience working within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • Experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), including Autism, speech and language needs, and communication difficulties.
  • A patient, nurturing, and flexible approach.
  • The ability to build positive relationships with children, staff, and families.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • A passion for helping children achieve their full potential.
