Berry Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our client for a Labourer (Driver) to join their specialist installation team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work, travelling across the UK, and learning a skilled trade with full one-to-one training provided.
Working alongside experienced installers, you'll learn how to measure, cut, heat weld, and install bespoke vinyl liners into swimming pools during the construction phase. No previous vinyl installation experience is required - just a strong work ethic, flexibility, and a willingness to learn.
Position Details
Location: Nationwide (Field Based) - Based near Witney, Oxfordshire
Salary: £27,000 per annum (Overtime rate: 1.5x pay)
Hours: 40 hours per week (daily travel required with regular overnight stays)
Start Date: ASAP
