PROPOSED SALARY RANGE: per annum depending on relevant skills knowledge and experience. The expected salary range for this role reflects internal benchmarking and external market insights.
BBC Radio Northampton is looking for a creative ambitious and experienced producer to lead our weekday breakfast programme. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the stations biggest show setting the agenda each morning and creating content that connects with audiences across Northamptonshire. Were looking for someone with exceptional editorial judgement strong production skills and a passion for local storytelling.
Youll have the drive and creativity to make the programme essential listening working closely with a small team to deliver compelling distinctive content that reflects the lives concerns and interests of people across our patch.
Youll be an energetic and creative leader who loves live radio and understands the unique role local BBC radio plays in peoples lives. Youll have a passion for great storytelling a sharp news instinct and the ability to inspire colleagues to deliver their very best work. Most importantly youll be motivated by serving audiences and creating content that makes a genuine difference to local communities.
