Job description
Team Leader – Children's Residential Home Salary: £43,180 - £50,444 (assuming good attendance and up to 3 sleep-ins per month) Those huge small victories Working in our client's Children's Homes means being part of a young person's day-to-day life. As a Team Leader, you'll help young people regain their childhood and create pathways to becoming well-rounded adults – an incredibly rewarding role. There will be challenges along the way, but there will also be those small moments that feel like huge victories. Our client's homes support young people with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs, with the aim of achieving the very best outcomes for every child in their care. Their Team Leaders are passionate about making even the smallest positive difference, celebrating every achievement along the way. Get out what you put in You'll play a vital role in supporting young people every day, helping to create a safe, nurturing and positive home environment where lasting memories can be made. As a Team Leader, you'll also provide day-to-day leadership to the staff team, ensuring the home continues to operate to the highest standards while deputising for the Registered and Deputy Managers when required. Our client is looking for someone who can build positive relationships with young people and colleagues alike.
