Overview Behaviour Mentor – Bromley, Secondary School. Salary: £100-£120 per day (depending on experience). Full-time. Immediate start. Responsibilities * Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils aged 11-16 who require additional behavioural intervention. * Work with teaching staff, pastoral teams and the SEND department to implement targeted support plans. * Use de-escalation techniques and promote emotional regulation to help pupils remain engaged in learning. * Act as a positive role model, encourage attendance, resilience and positive behaviour throughout the school day. Qualifications and Experience * Previous experience supporting pupils with behavioural or SEMH needs is required. * Experience working in a secondary school, PRU or alternative provision is desirable. * Confident with behaviour management and de-escalation strategies. * Full-time availability and an ASAP start.
