Overview Residential Team Leader at Hillside Lodge Salary: £15.36 - £16.00 per hour Hours: 48 hours per week Shift Times: Flexible on a 4 week rota with 12-hour shifts (20:00-08:00) including alternate weekends. Shaw Healthcare is looking for a passionate and caring Residential Team Leader who is ready to make a positive impact at Hillside Lodge, a modern purpose designed 60-bed care home situated in the West Sussex village of Pulborough. Hillside Lodge offers a range of services to support residents\ physical, emotional, and social needs, including 24-hour nursing care. Job Responsibilities * Lead by example, providing guidance and support on shift to promote best practice. * Administer and record medication safely in line with Shaw policies and procedures. * Report changes in residents’ needs or well-being promptly to the Line Manager. * Communicate effectively with residents, families and colleagues. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date care plans and documentation. Qualifications and Experience * Experience working with older people in residential care. * You will have completed your NVQ/QCF Level 3 Health and Social Care (or equivalent). * You will need to be flexible, patient, caring, organised and great with people. * Ability to lead a team and use own initiative.
