We're looking for an HR Manager / HR Business Partner to lead all aspects of HR across the site. This is a standalone role offering the opportunity to shape the people agenda, influence leadership and develop a confident culture. This is more than a traditional HR role. We're looking for someone who can balance operational excellence with strategic thinking - someone who is equally comfortable managing employee relations, coaching managers, improving engagement and driving continuous improvement across the employee lifecycle. Key Responsibilities as the HR Manager / HR Business Partner; Managing all day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, contracts, probation, absence management, HR systems and employee records. Providing expert advice and support on employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, performance and absence cases. Coaching and developing managers to improve confidence and capability in people management, performance conversations and employee engagement.
