About This Role
As our Sous Chef, youll play a key role in leading our kitchen and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. Youll support the Head Chef in running the kitchen day to day, lead the team during service and help maintain the high standards were known for.
Whether youre cooking, coaching the team or stepping up to lead in the Head Chefs absence, youll be someone others look to for guidance, support and professionalism.
