This role connects

priorities.
As a member of
the Senior Management Team, you'll work collaboratively with department heads
to influence decision-making, contribute to business planning and help embed
commercial thinking throughout the organisation.
It’s a visible,
hands-on role for someone confident analysing data, presenting recommendations and
coaching teams to improve commercial performance.

goals.

operated at a senior commercial level and are ready to make a meaningful impact
within an ambitious independent hospitality business.
You'll Bring
