What youll do

AsAssistant Reception Manager youlllove what you do and take pride in taking care of our guests:

• You will support the Reception Manager in leading coaching and inspiring the Reception team to ensure our guests receive nothing but the very best experience.
• You will lead by example during your shifts overseeing the day-to-day operation of the Front Office ensuring seamless service delivery and acting as the first point of support for the team.
• Youll have experience working in luxury or boutique hotels delivering unique tailored and personalised experiences to guests. Working closely with our Butler In Room Dining and Housekeeping teams youll use your knowledge of London and local connections to create memorable bespoke experiences for every guest.
• You will assist the Reception Manager with departmental administration monitoring performance scheduling training and operational planning while supporting cost control productivity and service excellence.
• Youll play an active role in identifying guest preferences anticipating their needs and contributing to initiatives that enhance the guest experience and strengthen the 45 Park Lane brand.

What youll bring

Essential Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in a luxury or boutique London hotel as an Assistant Reception Manager Front Office Supervisor or an experienced Reception Team Leader ready for the next step.
• A passion for luxury hospitality and creating exceptional personalised guest experiences.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate coach and develop team members.
• Confidence in leading shifts and supporting the Reception Manager with the day-to-day operation of the department.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional polished presentation.
• A positive enthusiastic and collaborative approach.
• Strong English communication skills English is the primary language used in our hotel.
• Knowledge of Opera PMS and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent attention to detail organisational skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
