Your new roleThe client is looking to attract an ambitious, forward-thinking Accounts Assistant to support the Finance Director in a broad and busy role which will be fully in the office 5 days a week. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, purpose-driven organisation. Core responsibilities include: > Bookkeeping and analysis work in Sage and Microsoft Excel.> Posting bank balances and reconciliation of the various bank accounts.> Perform bank reconciliations > Prepare and post month-end journals and assist with trial balances and reporting > VAT returns > Provide ad hoc finance support to the Finance DirectorWhat you'll need to succeed> Experience of the above core responsibilities with property accounting experience > Knowledge of the Sage Line 50 package > Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills > Confident communicator and effective team player
