Key responsibilities of the role include: * Medication administration and care planning * Providing physical, emotional, and spiritual support to our residents * Ensuring principles of safeguarding are maintained * Taking responsibility of shifts as Nurse in charge * Team management and shift planning * Infection prevention and control * Liaising with General Practitioners and Multi-Disciplinary Teams * Upholding clinical governance standards About you Being one of our Registered Nurses means demonstrating compassion, dedication, and commitment towards enhancing the quality of life for others.
