As our Head Chef, youll be at the heart of the guest experience, leading the kitchen and creating the high-quality food experiences our guests remember. Youll inspire your team, maintain excellent standards and make sure the kitchen runs safely, efficiently and profitably.

Working as part of a close-knit team and closely with the General Manager, there is a great opportunity to make your mark in this historic property in a stunning location.
