Job description
ECHO Personnel is seeking 2 reliable Production Operatives to join our client's established team in Wellingborough. Ourclient is a leading specialist in sustainable recycling solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operating and monitoring production machinery to ensure efficient running of the recycling process
- Loading and unloading materials using a counterbalance forklift
- Supporting all areas of the production operation, including machine support, quality sampling, and general housekeeping
- Completing visual safety checks of equipment before operation
- Monitoring machinery performance and reporting any issues to the Production Team Leader
- Identifying, weighing, and recording recycled materials and waste streams accurately
- Completing production paperwork and recording weights on documentation and bulk bags
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation across the site
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve efficiency
- Working flexibly across different production areas as required
Requirements:
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence is essential
- Previous experience working in a production, manufacturing, or recycling environment (12 years preferred)
