\n\nThis will be an Ofsted-regulated children's home providing focused care for a child with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD)
\n\n**To be considered for this position you must hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare + Minimum 3 years' experience in a residential childcare setting with 2+ years at supervisory/Deputy/management level**

As the Manager your key responsibilities include:

\nThe successful Manager will receive an excellent salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum. This exciting position is a permanent full time role working 40 hours from 9am-5pm. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
