We’re looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join our award-winning kitchen at Dormy House Hotel & Spa—one of the Cotswolds' most celebrated boutique luxury hotels.
Set within the beautiful 500-acre Farncombe Estate, Dormy House is renowned for its exceptional food offering. From The Back Garden (3 AA Rosettes) to our Michelin Guide-featured chef's table, MO (4 AA Rosettes), you'll have the opportunity to work with outstanding seasonal ingredients in a kitchen that values creativity, precision and craftsmanship.
Working under the guidance of Michelin-starred Culinary Director Martin Burge, you'll become part of a talented and supportive brigade committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate chef looking to develop their skills, take ownership of their section and continue progressing their culinary career in a calm, professional and well-equipped kitchen.
