Job Summary
As part of the Process Flow Technologies (PFT) Business Unit the HR Generalist provides operational HR support for our sites in Redditch & Alfreton. Acting as the guardian of site HR you will ensure the business operates effectively by managing all HR issues and delivering tailored HR plans and solutions. Partnering with site management the UK HR Team PFT HR team and corporate functions youll drive employee engagement oversee employee relations and ensure legal compliance. You will also play a key role in mergers and acquisitions and support business strategy through effective change management. This is a dynamic opportunity to lead HR initiatives and contribute to the success of the business.
